What is the most efficient way to export data from Simulink?

There are different options to export data from Simulink, such as data logging, To Workspace block, To File block etc. Which one is the fastest way to export data in all Simulation modes: Normal, Accelerator and Rapid Accelerator?

You could use any of the methods above to export data from Simulink. All of the above methods will be giving you data as soon as the simulation is completed or when Simulation is paused (when using Signal logging). It depends on your use case which method to use to export data.
