HOW TO FIT A CURVE with initial value?

i have some point and i want to fit a curve .would you pleaze tell me how to do this?

There is the entire CurveFit Toolbox which is fairly flexible.
If you do not have that toolbox then we would be able to give better advice if you could indicate what the model you are fitting to is.
