In the face detection animal face also detected what should i do?

In general, face detection can be used for animals. But the Viola-Jones Algorithm might not be usable. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viola%E2%80%93Jones_object_detection_framework and notice that Viola-Jones makes use of brightness information in ways that might not be applicable for some animals.
