how to convert 2 binary image to a 3d plot (x,y,z)?

My project is to put the person in the two binary images that taken in different angle to a plot (x,y,z) to form a 3d person how to made it I have try the stereo image but it's not working because my 2 camera are very distant from each other . this is an example in the picture:

I think you asked this before. How did you get the images in (b)? And do you have range(distance) data for those images?

yes I asked but I try the stereo images it's not work properly for me and this images are binary image
