want to ask something about Segsnr

hello , I want to ask something about segsnr . I have to write a program which is used to be calculate Segsnr , I have the snr program already , but I have no idea how to calculate the segsnr . anybody would like to help me ? thanks a lot . Actually , I am not clear about what is the different between snr and segsnr.

You can find at least two programs to calculate segsnr in the File Exchange. Unfortunately at the moment the File Exchange is being maintained so I cannot post the exact list, but you can search such as http://www.google.com/q=site:mathworks.com+segsnr
