Bandpass Filter Transfer Function Model

So, I know there is a bandpass block with Matlab, but for a project in school I'm making my own model using a transfer function. The problem is I'm having a tough time figuring out how to display it to see if it is working. I guess I need to see it in the frequency domain to do this properly...I thought I could just run my transfer function into a Spectrum Analyzer but it is giving me an error because it can't be displayed for continuous or infinite sample times. When I try to change the model parameters to use a discrete solver it won't run because it says it contains continuous states.

Anyone have any ideas? This seems like a super easy thing to do but I just don't know my way around Simulink very well yet...I attached a screenshot of the model for reference.
