Generate 100 random numbers from 0 to 1 and freeze it

How to generate 100 random numbers between 0 and 1 and freeze so it can not be changed? I used Excel to generate, but it changes constantly so I am fed up with those constant changes. I have 10 variables, and have to generate 100 random numbers between 0 and 1 for each variable. I also need to export these generated numbers to Excel as well. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
