How to disable popups in exe execution

Hi, I have generated exe form .m files and while executing exe from command prompt due to some issues popups are coming. unless user clicks on the popup menu exe is not getting terminated. can you please help me how to disable popups and terminate the exe. though my piece of code is in try-catch block, error is not handled.
