My CAD dont match with my inverse kinematic's code in SimMechanics first G, any idea?

Hello everyone,
I give to my 3 DOF arm a trajectory to follow (my code is functional) but the respense is wrong!! I am using solidworks 2014 to generate the XML file, my CAD dont match with my inverse kinematic's code in SimMechanics first G.
Please help me and Thanks in advance.
