This is fairly straightforward.
log(b^300) = 300*log(b)
log(b) = 30/300
exp(log(b)) = b = exp(0.1)
Use MATLAB to get the numbers:
b = exp(30/300);
check = 300*log(b)
b =
1.1052
check =
30.0000e+000

b = 10^(log10(10)/10) % using decimal log after rearranging the expression
b = 1.2589
bb = exp(log(2.7182)/10) % using natural log after rearranging the expression
bb = 1.1052
