How do I add error bars to the data points of a fitted surface?

Hi,

I fitted a polynomial surface to a set of data points. Now, I want to add the standard deviation for every data point used in the fitting process. Every example for errorbar found on the documentation is for 2D plots, so I don't know how to proceed.
