Not able to access license.

Can somebody explain why I’m getting this error with my MATLAB license? I was already using it, and the error occurred when I switched from one license to another.

Did you try to do what it said about logging in to your account to fix it? And then calling tech support and ask for installation help if that didn't work? It will be free. They'll talk you through it.
