Is Oracle Java license included with Matlab license?

Hello Team,
Our IT department noticed that MATLAB R2020a (Windows) installs an Oracle Java. Since Oracle now often requires a paid license for JRE use, we need to know: Is the required Oracle Java license included with our MATLAB license?

@Stephen23-I currently have Java 8 Update 201 installed with MATLAB. According to Oracle, this is a free version, but in the SNOW tool it appears as a commercial component (MSI installer), which classifies this version as licensed.. Please refer to the MSI Enterprise JRE Installer FAQ for details. So is this Java version license bundled with the MATLAB?

Lighter license with free JDK and JRE I think,
like: version -java
ans = Java 11.0.20.1+0-suse-1.1-x8664 with Oracle Corporation OpenJDK
