Stuck on "Preparing to install Add-On"

Hello all,

I am attempting to install the Symbolic Maths Toolbox, for my version of MATLAB R2025a (2025b crashes on launch on my laptop). Whenever I click install, it permenantly gets stuck on displaying this page:

The cross button does nothing to close this.

I understand that you are attempting to install the Symbolic Maths Toolbox in MATLAB R2025a using the 'Add-on Explorer' and it permenantly gets stuck.
