Does the Network License Manager support Proxy connections?

My organization requires all network traffic to go through a proxy server. When I try to use MATLAB with a network license, the license manager fails to connect. Does MATLAB Network License Manager support proxy connections?

The MATLAB Network License Manager does not support proxy connections. Client machines must connect directly to the license server without a proxy. This is because the license manager uses TCP/IP communication on specific ports, and proxies interfere with this direct connection.
