C2000 F28335 XCP connection error

I'm using TMS320F28335 by Simulink C2000 Blockset. When I try to use Monitor and Tune or Connect for my project, it turns to the error:
Error: Could not connect to target application: XCP internal error: timeout expired, in response to XCP CONNECT command. There was no error when I use Build, Deploy & Start, and my board can work well.
I have try many solutions on the MathWork community, I checked my COM port, baud rate and tried both XDS100v1 and XDS100v2. Also, I used an external CH340 to connect SCI_B and change the config to it, neither can make the connection to the board. I am now doubting that my board has a design problem. I attached the Device Manager, and my Simulink parameters below.

Hi!
Have a look at this case. It is very similar to what you are trying to implement.
Hope this helps!

From what I can gather, you are unable to connect to your TMS320F28335 board using Simulink’s Monitor and Tune and getting an XCP timeout error.
To address this, I recommend trying the "Parameter Tuning and Signal Logging with Serial Communication" example for external mode, available in the documentation here:
I hope this helps, thanks!
