"No Healthy Upstream" when trying to get to Mathworks Licensing Manager

When I log into my Mathworks account and go to My Account, I always get the screen that says "no healthy upstream" and nothing else. I am attempting to download a MATLAB license to apply to a system. I have tried from multiple machines on multiple networks and I always get the same message. I have even asked a coworker to try to get to his account and he encounters the same issue.
