Matlab 2023b app designer component property panel is blank

I don't know why, but the app designer component property panel suddenly went blank

delete

• inspectorProxyViewMapCache_en_US-zh_CN.mat
• inspectorProxyViewMapCache_zh_CN.mat

Sometimes I've seen some panels be blank, like hte components panel. I can often fix it by clicking around, like try clicking on Code View and then on Design View again.
