Problem with matlab support/sales team- NO RESPONSE

Hi there,
I have received renewal packages in reminder emails for the upcoming years. However, I have some questions regarding the purchase of software. I have tried reaching out to MATLAB multiple times but have not received a response. Since I live in a very different time zone, contacting them by phone is not feasible.
Could anyone guide me on how to effectively reach them?
Thank you

What do you mean 'for the upcoming years'?
MATLAB releases twice a year. Depending on your license (or more specifically, your Software Maintenance Service), you may be able to update your version of MATLAB as these releases become available. Once your SMS subscription ends, you may still be able to continue using MATLAB (again, depending on your license), but will not be able to update until you renew the subscription.
Because there are serveral factors to consider, this is a conversation best had with a sales rep rather than in the community forum.

That's the issue, though, @Cris LaPierre, OP hasn't had success in figuring out how to contact sales in his region...of, course, that @h rafique didn't tell us where that is doesn't help.

Go here:
Change the country to the one you live in, and give them a call.
Last resort, you'll just have to stay up late and call the US during Eastern Daylight Time hours. I guess I don't understand why you can't call during US hours even if you're as much as 12 hours different.
But anyway, calling your local country sales rep should work for you. I'd get a live person on the phone for immediate assistance rather than spend days going back and forth via email.
