I was trying to add a custom IP core to my reference design and now when I run HDL workflow advisor using the hdl_led_blinking sample project as a starting point, it fails because it is unable to locate the IP core that it created. I don't understand why it would be unable to find its own IP core. I confirmed that there is a led_count_ip_hw.tcl file in hdl_prj/ipcore. Can someone provide some debugging suggestions. Thank you.

Hi @John,
Please share the exact error message that was shown in the result pane as well as the Target configurations that are selected. This would help me investigate further.

Hi @John,
There could be a number of reasons of why the project is unable to locate the IP core. You might get help from the following MathWorks documentation links on:
I hope this resolves the query!

I did get this work eventually but for some reason I had to add the IP core that HDL coder generated to the same directory as my custom IP core. Also, it did not seem to like relative paths in the tcl file that defines the custom IP core. I switched in absolute paths into the add_fileset_file directive in the tcl file and it seemed to work afterwards.
