I can't adjust the fragmentation of solid models

I want to follow the progress of a vehicle I designed on Solidworks over an obstacle, but when I add the contact force, my vehicle starts to fly. I am very new to Matlab application, can you help me with this?

A probable cause is that your vehicle is starting the simulation already penetrating the ground, this can be fixed by either displacing the ground down using a rigid transform or by setting state targets in the sixDof joint to initialize the vehicle above the ground

I think it would be best if you can upload a video that shows the behavior, and/or attach the model
