How to fix error 5201?

"Hello, I’m having an issue with installing MATLAB. It used to work fine on my computer, but one day it updated and I couldn’t open it. I restarted the computer, downloaded other versions, and I keep getting error 5201 constantly. What is the cause of this? How can I fix it?

Hey @gema
I understand you are facing licence related issues when trying to open MATLAB after an update.
A possible troubleshoot that worked for me was to uninstall and reinstall MathWorks Service Host. You can find the steps in the attached link.
Moreover, make sure to unblock MathWorks Service Host from any antivirus, security software, VPNs or proxy servers.

This error (5201) being faced indicates that MATLAB has encountered a licensing issue.
