Application widget: similar to a Tab container without tab label

I am still exploring some the app designer, with a treeNode.

By selectic a specific node, I would like to display/hide a specifc layout with different witdgets. It should look like pretty similar to a Tabgroup widget but wihout tab labels (as the navigation woul dbe done in the UItree)

Can anyone recommend a widget, an addon library or a technique to do so?

Do you want tabs with no labels, or do you want no tabs?

I guess that means no tabs.

A container component that looks like a tab group but without the tabs is a panel (or buttongroup with no buttons) with an empty title.
