Matlab web app service failed to start

I am getting this "Matlab web app service failed to start" error when I try to execute the command - webapps-start.

Log file says it can not find files. Not sure why. Please check the attached log file.

I followed all the steps very carefully and had no error or issues with the install but the web apps server service just would not start.

Please help!
