How to get the junction temperature of the diode?

I learned thermal simulation in Simulating Thermal Effects in Semiconductors (mathworks.cn), but this example set thermal network of diode as "external", if setting as "cauer model", so how can I get the junction temperature of the diode?

Once you enable the “Show thermal port” option in the diode's block parameters, the previously hidden thermal port becomes visible. This port belongs to the Thermal domain in Simscape. By setting the thermal network to the “Cauer Model”, you can measure the temperature by connecting a “Temperature Sensor” block to this exposed thermal port.
For more details on the “Temperature Sensor” block, you can visit the documentation page here: https://www.mathworks.com/help/simscape/ref/temperaturesensor.html.
I hope this helps answer your question.
