Model configuration GUI is not opening in Matlab 2024b

I am trying to open Model setting but it gives below errors.

I found something related in a MathWorks internal database. But I do not have the skillset to assess if it is a direct match and I also do not understand all instructions. Can you contact Technical Support and point to this thread? Internal article number is 000162268

Hi Kriti,

I got the same error while opening model configuration parameters, on Simulink version R2024b.

You can execute the following commands on the MATLAB command window to resolve the issue:

>> restoredefaultpath

>> rehash toolboxcache

>> sl_refresh_customizations
