How to get good quality images from sequence alignment app

Is there a way to get image of visualisation of my sequence alignment file similar to one given in example ( https://www.mathworks.com/help/bioinfo/ug/viewing-and-aligning-multiple-sequences.html ) ? I can’t rely on taking screen grab because I want better resolution. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Bala,

As I see, you are looking to save a high-quality image from the “seqalignviewer”. To achieve this, select Display > Zoom to adjust the magnification for the desired region at the bottom of the app. Once you have set the magnification, hover over the plot to access the toolbar and select "save as" to save your image as shown below:

Here is the resulting high-resolution image which you can obtain after saving:
