mac os not showing the preview on extruded block

hi, i am doing the simscape multibody and encounter an issue on solid preview when setting up the extruded solid

Hi, i found a temporary solution: close all matlab apps then reopen them.

However this will also restart the task you are doing, it means if possible finish the current sub course then you may close all the apps since matlab will not save your current performance within the tasks.

If you are in task 4 out of 6, you need to start with task 1 again for that particular sub course.

Hello Hakim,

The file that defines the solid is either very complex (many surfaces, details) and creating a problem for your graphics card OR it may have an issue/inconsistency that prevents it from being visualized. The solution is to enable the GPU or run the Simulink model on a system equipped with a GPU/graphics card.

It is a simple tutorial file. It should not be that complex. I assume there is a bug, as i said after reopen the matlab i can view the cad file
