How to change justification of text in live script?

4 views (last 30 days)
From the aestetic point of view I'd like to know how to change justification of text in live script. Avaliable options are left, right or center but the one I need is not among them. I learned about changing live script appearance by commands settings.matlab.... etc, but can not find if it is possible to change justification this way. Thanks in advance.

What 4th option are you looking for? Can you create an example image with paint/powerpoint/word?

Hi Artur,
In MATLAB Live Scripts, the default text justification options available are typically left, right, and center.
  • To achieve full justification, you could export the live script to a format like PDF or Word and use a text editor like “Microsoft Word” that supports full justification.
“settings.matlab” command is used customizing other aspects such as fonts, colors, themes, etc. It does not support text justification.
You can refer to the below documentation for more information on settings and format-live scripts respectively:

Thank you for Your quick and valuable answer, however this solution will not work. Due to other errors in my system I've never managed to export script to the word file. Always get some messages about errors in docx file. However I assume these are errors in my windows installation and old weak computer so I was looking for another way for changing script appearance.
