Why it shows“Fatal Startup Error”? How can I solve this problem?

It's no use rebooting the computer. Therefore, I plan to uninstall MATLAB, and then reinstall. I used Force Uninstall during the uninstall. This error 'Fatal startup Error' generally occures when MATLAB becomes corrupted during the installation process.

To resolve this issue, disable any security software or allow exceptions for the MATLAB application and then perform a clean installation of MATLAB.
