ode45 to reconstruct curve from curvature

could anyone explain me how to use ode45 to reconstruct a curve starting from its curvature values K(s)?

Do you mean curvature or the 2nd derivative?

You need more information. Curvature is just a number and doesn't tell you anything about the coordinates.
