How to implement stereo calibration parameters from MATLAB to LabView?

I want to stereo calibrate a pair of cameras. I have attempted to calibrate these in LabView, however this has been problematic for some reason, possibly related to the fact that the cameras are IR. However, this was easily done with the camera calibration toolbox in MATLAB. So, the question is how to implement these parameters (rotational, translational matrix etc.) in LabView?

This is more of a LabView question, than a MATLAB question... However, for stereo camera calibration, please try the Stereo Camera Calibrator app in the Computer Vision System Toolbox.

Jared, Did you ever figure this out? I would love to know if you can import the MATLAB calibration into LabVIEW. Thanks!
