How to build user space C program onto a Simulink PL/PS design (on an RFSoC)

Hi,

I have a Simulink PS/PL design which runs successfully on an RFSoC. This system has embedded Linux running on the PS. I have some existing user-space programs which I would like to run on the system. The only way I can think to do this is to SCP it across, but this is quite inconvenient. Ideally, I would like the system to build with this program accessible from user space. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?
