Is it happening with all courses or just one specific course?
There are no known issues currently, and I was just able to launch MATLAB Onramp without any issues.
I'd recommend trying a different course then a different browser. If the issue continues, please try the normal browser troubleshooting steps
  • log out then log back in
  • clear your cache and cookies

It happen's on all course's. I have cleared cache's and cookies, loged out and back in, shut down and restarted, first used Safari, then Chrome. Still hangs loadding. All privileges are clear, for MatLab.
For troubleshooting, can you please share a link to one of the pages that is hanging?
This is the page, the mesage reads "Setting Up Couse - Matlab"

One more question. How long are you waiting? It took about 10 seconds for the page to load on my computer.
If that's not the issue, then please contact support. https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html

Got it. You'll need to contact support so they can look iinto what is going on.
Just out of interest I tried my Intel Mac book air it loads ok. My other Apple silicon MacBook does not load.
Thank you for checking. Be sure to share that info with technical support.
I was able to reproduce this 30 mins ago, but it appears the issue has now been fixed.

It took a couple seconds, but that page loaded for me. Try restarting your browser. It may be necessary to clear your cache, too.
Restsrted Browser, resarted computer, cleared Cashe, always clear cookies and history.
I'm in contact with tec support
That would have been my next suggestion.

There was a major AWS outage earlier this morning that may have impacted your experience. However, according to https://status.mathworks.com/ all services are now operating normally.
