I cannot run the already installed Matlab 2024a version due to a libmwlmgrimpl.dll not faunding file. I checked previous discussion in other forum (https://es.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/2060329-issue-with-matlab-runtime-2023b-libmwlmgrimpl-dll-failed-with-error-the-specified-procedure-could) but does not work in my case: I reinstall it a couple of times; and, I also play with newer version of SSLEAY32.DLL and LIBEAY32.DLL files in different places (near to standalone executable file, in system32 path in ...\bin\win64\...). Nothing works in my case. Any other hint to how can be fixed this?

I have seen this with Windows versions not qualified for a certain release. Please look-up the system requirements here. As you are trying to run R2024a, you need to have
Windows 11
Windows 10 (version 21H2 or higher)
Windows Server 2022

That sounds like you have an older Windows version than qualified for 2024a?
Please consider contacting your IT to upgrade Windows.
In case you are a student running MATLAB on your private machine and upgrading would cause costs, you can also install an older MATLAB release.
