Battery Charging and Discharging

Hello Community, I need your help.

I developed my battery module on simscape battery app builder and I am creating a Charging Discharging Model.

My issue is whenever the SOC reaches the lower limit the CC-CV charger does not charge the battery anymore.

I want the charger to start again and charge the battery again until it reaches the upper limit. In other words, I want the charging discharging process to be continuous. Please find below some screenshots highlighting details of my system.

Second, can you please let me know how to introduce faults and use the Kalman Filter to make the system Fault Proof ?

Please see how the logic is implemented so that the current reverts direction at the two SOC extremes.
