Indian Stock Brokers provides API link and Authorization code from their url. Based on it one gets logged in in their system. Procedures are available for connecting with Python but not with MATLAB. So requesting you to provide detailed steps by which it 8s possible to get connected with top brokers and access live market data.

You can check FEX for submission that connect MATLAB to web services using an API.

I believe that Interactive Brokers connects to India's stock exchange and also has a Matlab connector - see IB-Matlab.
It is also possible that some Indian brokers provide a Matlab connector as part of their offering - you will need to search these brokers' website and/or ask them directly, to find out if they have a connector for Matlab.

(truedata is not mentioned in IB-Matlab's user-guide.)

TrueData does not have a built-in Matlab API connector (see https://www.truedata.in/products/marketdataapi#all-api ) and I am not aware of any existing Matlab connector that is available elsewhere.
You can try to use one of the existing TrueData API connectors (Python or .NET) in Matlab, by using Matlab's builtin ability to use Python/.NET components. See https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/external-language-interfaces.html for details.
