shifting of resonant frequency

I have one signal at 2 GHz and 4 GHz. I want to shift 2GHz to 3 ghz and 4 GHz to 5 GHz .how to shift without changing the xlimit.

I have no idea what ‘xlimit’ refers to, however the resample function could work.
