I have a dataset made up of 382 samples and 14 overall features. I made several attempts on the matlab regression learner, but I get very large rmse values ​​like 2000,9000...

You have not provided enough information to give specific help. Can you provide more information? Can you share some or all of the dataset? What RMSE are you expecting?
