Simulate transmission line as s-parameters in Simulink

Hi all,

I am working on a project where I have s-parameter files I obtained from a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) and I want to simulate a cable that behaves according to those s-parameters in Simulink. Could anyone help me with how exactly to do that?
