Error message when running simulink real-time with Speedgoat

I've a problem when building the model and running the simulation real time. It seems model build successfully but the error message comes out. Is there anyone who is familliar with this one can help me?

Hi Jeseong,

Looks like your target machine crashed. Not sure if this will work on a release as old as R2015b, but in R2020a and earlier, there is a Simulink Real-Time command to retrieve the crash details after the target machine automatically reboots:
