MATLAB non si avvia

Ho installato Matlab 2023b update_4 applicando correttamente la chiave di installazione il lic file. Ho seguito la procedura per l'installazione offline, per motivi tecnici dell'organizzazione.

Quando ho avviato l'eseguibile il programma non è partito presentando questo errore "The installer is unable to connect to MathWorks. "

E' chiaro che il computer è fuori rete, ma ho caricato correttamente l'ID host per generare la chiave di installazione e il file di licenza.

Che probelma si è verificato?

Did you by any chance choose the online option for activating MATLAB?

Hi Andrea,

I understand that you are trying to install MATLAB in a system that is not connected to the internet. Further, even though you have the offline installer and license files, when you run the executable, it throws an error, “The installer is unable to connect to MathWorks.”

For addressing this you can try uninstalling the already installed version and re-installing it following the procedure in the link below. This is the official MathWorks Support team’s guide on how to do an offline install.
