I get an error when opening Matlab

When opening Matlab, I get an error - I am sending it in the attachment. I inform you that the installation was successful.

The English translation of the Polish appears to be along the lines of "it is not possible to refer to a specific procedure". I suspect that this might be the error that in English is often phrased as "module not found"

Unfortunately you are going to need to reinstall MATLAB.
If you have an anti-virus program, you might need to turn it off temporarily: a common cause of that error is if an anti-virus program has blocked installation of part of MATLAB.

I've already done it - I uninstalled Matlab and installed it again and unfortunately the problem remains. I don't have an antivirus program on my computer.
Hello,
I did it again - I uninstalled and installed Matlab again, unfortunately the problem remained, when opening it the same message appears. Could there be a problem with Windows? I'm asking because I have Windows 7. Alternatively, please let me know which version I can install on my computer
I managed to install the version for Windows 7 and it works. Thank you and sorry for bothering you,
best regards
Anka
