Remove Triangular Depression from Curb Lane in RoadRunner

I would like to remove the triangular depression that is added to curb lanes, seen in the image below:
It seems minor but it adds a lot of issues and unnecessary polygons when exporting as an fbx to be used as a background in my simulation software.
I wasn't able to find any settings online or in the documentation regarding this, is there a way to remove it and still be abe to use the curb lane?
Thank you!

What does "remove" look like to you? Crop? Replace with black? Show what you want.
Hello,
Thank you for your response!
To me, "remove" means to have it not be there anymore, in a way that no polygons related to it are generated and for all intents and purposes it doesn't exist. In other words, a seemless transition from the curb section to the sidewalk section.
My apoligies for lack of information here; I'm not sure how to describe my idea of removal in this case any clearer, but if you need any more information please let me know!
Thank you
Hi Terry can you please attach your file so that we can see where the problem lies?
Hello Abhinaya,
Thank you for your response.
Actually the leader of my organization is in contact with MATLAB and has discovered that this is a bug that has appeared in 2023b; it was confirmed this does not appear in 2023a. They are currently rsearching the issue and we are awaiting a response.
As this is being handled elsewhere, I will close this ticket.
Thank you and everyone involved for you time.
