Simulink modeling suggestion for competition

Hello everyone , i have the responsiblity to create a questionnaire for a technical event for simulink based question on modeling of electrical/electronic applications , it would be of great help if i could get some refrences or documentation for the same.

this mathematical model of RLC circuit is interesting , looking for someting on similar lines
