Support Package fails to download third party software

this is happning all the time now:

The answers just don't help there are two .. but eventuly you end up with the download error again this use to work .. what is wrong.

I am using the 2018b version, it gives me the same error, what should I do?

Hi Arne,

This error occurs when correct zip file path is incorrect. Please examine the log file to identify the correct zip file path that the installer is trying to use.

By copying the zip file into the correct folder, you will be able to install the package successfully.
