Need help designing an App for my trained neural network

Hello, I have successfully trained a neural network for predicting the compressive strength of concrete and now I want to make a GUI that uses the model to predict using new inputs. I've been searching and I do not know where to start using the APP designer.

Have you tried the App Building Onramp | Self-Paced Online Courses - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com). If not, I would recommed going through this course, it is quite helpful to get started on building apps using MATLAB App Designer. Also, I often use this page MATLAB App Designer - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com) to find help for any advanced queries I maybe having once I start bulding apps.
