How do you specify the samples per symbol and Fs in the code ?

In the below given code , How can you determine the values of samples per symbols and Fs? what are the possible values in case of P25 C4FM modulation?

C4FM Phase 1 is defined as 4 samples per symbol and 12.5 kHz according to the link you posted. The 4 is right in the name, C4FM. There are not alternatives.

Phase 2 is a different rate but does not use C4FM

Thank you so much for your response . I want to ask about what is Fs, if Fs is sampling rate then what will be the specific sample rate for the C4FM modulation that we can select ?
