My device is a Holy Pixhawk 6X, and I see in the support documentation provided by Holybro that Pixhawk 6X only supports PX4 1.13.1 and
later, but I see in MATLAB R2023a that Pixhawk 6X is now officially supported, but its PX4 version is 1.12.3. When I look in MATLAB's Hardware
setup, I found that my Pixhawk 6X's communication COM port(COM4) disappeared (this does not happen in versions after 1.13.1).
What should I do?
Please help me?
Thank you!

The support for Pixhawk 6x is available in PX4 Firmware v1.12.3. Can you elaborate on what do you mean by COM port disappears? When does this happen?

@Ankur Bose I seem to have a similar issue with PX4 6X. The Bootloader com port , appears temporarily when we connect the Pixhawk board, and we can upload the firmware using it.
After sometimes this BOOTLOADER COM PORT disappears as intended. Then how should we commmunicate with the board as the USB Serial port does not seem to appear. (For ex: How to get gps, accel sensor data from the board). I have followed the matlab examples & documentation. There seems to be some issue with this.
If I flash PX4 versions later than v 1.13.0 through QGC, both bootloader and serial ports appear as intended and as documented by Matlab.
