how to rectify the LPV block error caused by "Model arrays containing more than one models at a scheduling point cannot be used in LPV block"

I'm applying adaptive MPC with LPV to a 2 input, 2state, 2output system and I have initialised 3 state space models by providing some initial conditions. I'm getting the error as in below.

and also I'm unable to select the signals for bus selector, in order to provide state space matrices. will you please help me to get out of this error.

This error can be resolved by relaxing the constraints on Inputs or outputs.
